Enable and Use SSO with Cybereason
User administrators can enable SSO for a specific user from the Users screen. When enabled, the user can use SSO to log into the Cybereason platform.

Enable SSO
To use SSO authentication in your environment, first contact your Cybereason Customer Success representative. They will enable the feature for your environment.
After SSO is enabled for your environment, user administrators can enable SSO for a specific user from the Users screen when editing a particular user.
Note
If SSO is enabled for your account, you cannot use the Cybereason API. If you need to use the Cybereason API, you must create a dedicated Cybereason user without SSO enabled.
Log in with SSO
When you log in to Cybereason with SSO, you are redirected to the SSO screen and prompted to use your organization’s configured SSO solution.
Note
The SSO page’s URL will start with auth0.cybereason.
